Do you think that the barking dog collars humane?

The options are: 1. Shock collar 2. debark your dog (cut the vocal chords) 3. My dog Euthanasia neighbor threatens to sue me in court. Option you chose. I do not work so I'm home all day. This woman of 62 years of age complains that my dog barks and I was just over 3 hours of the morning to eat and drink their water Kibble and toileting. I think the woman is crazy.

Citronella anti-bark collars are much more humane than any of the other options and are actually more effective than shock collars. I want to rehome a dog before cutting their strings vocal or just to kill barking. Sue you for what? Have you submitted a complaint to the police? Most cities have noise ordinances, but generally require the dog barking at night, not during the day. Give the dog toys or go outside to play with it can solve the problem.
